Scope of Work: All "Design & Build" projects are executed according to the engineering specifications agreed upon in the signed contract.

Liability: Cold Systems Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as food spoilage) resulting from equipment failure beyond the scope of our specific workmanship warranty.

Payment Terms: For new and used equipment sales, specific deposit and final payment schedules will be outlined in your individual invoice.

Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage caused by power surges, lack of proper maintenance (cleaning coils), or unauthorized repairs by third parties.

New Equipment: Warranties are provided by the original manufacturer (e.g., KeepRite, Copeland) for parts and compressors. We provide a 1-year labor warranty on all new installations.

Certified Used Equipment: All pre-owned units undergo a 50-point inspection. Used units are sold with a limited days mechanical warranty unless otherwise stated in writing.
